Join Anna for this special class to explore alignment, breath and movement. Vinyasa, literally translated, means “to place in a special way”, In this class we will dive into what it means to be mindful, on our mats and in our lives. We will move our bodies intentionally with breath through creative transitions to build deep strength and cultivate a graceful practice. Extra time allows for opening the body and detailed alignment to make advanced poses accessible.
