Journey with me to Santa Marta, Colombia, where the Sierra Nevada mountains meet the Caribbean Sea. This area is the jewel of Colombia and known by indigenous peoples as the ‘heart of the world’. We will be staying in a private retreat resort with eco-chic bungalows that are luxurious while still keep us connected to the stunning natural surroundings. Twice daily yoga will take place in an open-air studio with a panoramic view of the ocean. Gourmet, locally sourced meals will be served three times daily. Adventure to Parque Nacional Tayrona, located just 10 minutes away, covering 58 square miles of land and 6 different beachfront bays. Float down Rio Don Diego, one of the many freshwater rivers nearby. Be led through an indigenous fire cleansing ceremony led by a Mamo Kogi shaman. Relax by the private pool or beach front cabana. Disconnect to reconnect with the healing combination of nature, yoga, community and intention.
