My retreat to Greece in 2018 was one of the most magical and divine experiences I’ve had in my years of travel. I’ve been wanting to return for another retreat and am elated to be finally going back! We’ll journey to the island of Karpathos for a week of restoration and connection, nourishing cuisine, authentic Greek culture and the world’s most breathtaking beaches.

Retreat with me to Costa da Prata, Portugal's 'Silver Coast'!  Such a unique country offering amazing surfing as well as a rich cultural experience of food, wine, history and architecture.  For those who love to sight-see, Portugal will not disappoint!  There are also plenty of options for the outdoor adventurer with surfing, hiking and more.  We'll yoga twice a day, eat like kings and queens, visit castles dating back to the 1500's, and tour a local vineyard that has been run by the same family since 1926.  Optional surfing packages can be added includes daily lessons with equipment.    This retreat is designed to be customizable so beach bums, sight-seers, and surfers are all welcome!
